I have been working with Brian for the last 6 months on purchasing a trailer. Me and my wife have Harley's and wanted to trailer them to the cabin. Had no idea what size we really needed or options. Brian was great, he is very honest and helpful, both character traits I very much appreciate. We had no experience with a trailer and yes there are things you need to know. Trailer was back-ordered and Brian was always very helpful in tracking progress but will tell you straight up if there is nothing he can do to pull in your delivery. Again a good character trait. My trailer is out front of the house and the bikes are loaded and strapped down. I can say that if you live in the Minneapolis area I would not buy a trailer from anyone else. Yes, I am sure there are other places to buy with very good quality, but I felt like Brian and his crew really helped us, not just sold us a trailer.
