Returns & Refund Policy

Central Trailer Sales is committed to providing high-quality trailers and a transparent buying experience. Since all trailers are inspected, purchased, and picked up in person at one of our store locations, the following policy applies to all sales.
1. No Returns Accepted
Central Trailer Sales does not accept returns for trailers once they have been purchased and leave our premises. All sales are final.
Customers are encouraged to fully inspect the trailer at the time of pickup before completing the purchase.
2. Deposits and Hold Policy
Customers may place a deposit to hold a specific trailer for 2–3 days. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price when the trailer is picked up.
Deposits are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind or does not complete the purchase within the hold period.
3. Inspection and Quality Assurance
All trailers arriving from the manufacturer undergo inspection prior to customer pickup.
If a trailer arrives damaged or defective from the manufacturer, Central Trailer Sales will:
- Identify and repair the issue before the trailer is made available for sale.
- Ensure the trailer meets our quality standards prior to customer pickup.
Trailers that are repaired and verified in-store will be sold only after passing inspection.
4. Issues Discovered at Pickup
If a customer identifies a defect or concern during inspection at pickup, our team will:
- Evaluate the issue immediately
- Repair or correct the issue before completing the sale
- Or offer an alternative trailer (if available)
No trailer leaves our store unless it meets our quality standards.
5. Issues Discovered After Leaving the Store
Since all trailers are inspected before leaving the premises, post-pickup issues are handled case-by-case.
Customers should contact us via our website if they believe they received an item that was not as described.
Photo or video evidence may be requested to help us review the concern.
6. How to Contact Us for Support
All customer inquiries regarding deposits, pickup, product issues, or general questions should be submitted through our website.
We respond to all customer messages within 24 hours.

7. No Shipping
Central Trailer Sales does not ship trailers. All products must be purchased and picked up in person from one of our store locations.
8. Language
This Returns & Refund Policy is provided in English only and applies to customers purchasing directly in-store within the USA and Canada.
